AVIQuick is a free tool for assembling bitmaps into AVI files for use with the Windows animation control. As such, it doesn’t handle sound.

It is most likely to be of interest to developers who’d like to add a little polish to their applications and give the user something to look at during lengthy operations (e.g. like the Windows file copy animation).
