Ceilidh is threaded Web-based bulletin board software that features automatic text to HTML conversion, automatic message expiration, archiving, file attachment and e-mail notification capabilities. Ceilidh is compiled software that requires CGI functionality that must be provided by a Web server. There are no limitations on either the supported servers or browsers and this software will run on Windows 95, 98 and NT.
