ContentSpring is bit like printing a Word Document. Maybe you print a Document to share with others or to keep a record of (archive). ContentSpring works to do both; using the Internet as its paper and your Website/Intranet as your print-out. You save a Document directly from Word using the free plug-in. ContentSpring then processes the Documents turning them into useful web content, by: adding the Document's content to a template creating a web page, adds a link to the web page in a Directory web page for easy access and finally up/down-loads; all automatically. Have any number of users in any location, they just require the free plug-in for Word.
ContentSpring is quick and easy to setup, even with no HTML knowledge. You can even import your existing web designs for a seamless interplay with your existing Website/Intranet. ContentSpring will publish web content on any web server type with no special setup. It uses the technology you already have.
